We have multiple processing techniques designed to capture the best flavours and textures from our world class raw materials'. From purees to powders, our quality systems ensure the highest processing standards are always followed.


Drum Dried Powders

Drum dried vegetable powders are produced by the rapid drying of a thin film of puree on a heated roller drum. The dried vegetables are then milled to the desired particle size – creating a free flowing powder.


Hot Fill

Hot filling is a process where the product is cooked to remove harmful bacteria. The hot fluid is filled into pouches and sealed then rapidly cooled down. Find out more about our hot fill products at info@cedenco.co.nz
